Balsamic Vinegar Barbecue Sauce Recipe

INGREDIENTS for one kilogram meat:

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

700 ml orange juice

1/3 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt


Boil everything an a sauce pan until all water evaporates and you end up with 1/3 of the liquid you started boiling.

Use this bbq sauce to glaze the meat when it is grilled and you slowly barbecue it in the cold zone of your grill.

When the meat is ready , put it in a plate to rest and brush it again with the sauce if you want the balsamic vinegar glaze to be sweeter and shiny.
