GOAT MEAT PIZZA

This homemade pizza recipe, is using roasted goat meat leftovers. It is a nice idea to use what has left from previous day party or gathering. Looking for a dinner idea or lunch ideas? Pizza is one of the answers.

At the end we all feel better reusing things rather then throwing them away!
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons olive oil for the baking pan
Pizza topping:
2 cups of leftover roasted goat meat, cleaned and sliced
2 spring onions, chopped (green part too)
1 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
1 table spoon olive oil
a pinch of sugar
salt and pepper to taste
some fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
and 200 mozzarella cheese, sliced
Take a skillet, heat the oil and saute the onions. Add the tomato, sugar and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the meat, cook for 2 minutes. Try it and add salt and pepper to taste and parsley.
Leave the sauce to get cold.
Assemble the pizza now.
Place the dough in the baking pan, top it with the goat meat sauce, place the mozzarella cheese on the top.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges of the pizza turn red.
Enjoy!
Serve with yogurt or avocado and yogurt sauce.
If you love avocado you can add fresh slices on the pizza before serving.
