Fish Sauce With Yogurt

This one is a fish sauce with yogurt that suits well with fried and grilled fish …small fish preferably. It slightly sweet taste is well combined with the saltiness of the fish.

Yogurt Sauce For Fish

INGREDIENTS:

1 tea cup (180 ml) of thick yogurt

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sugar

3 pickles, chopped

Put the sugar in a bowl together with the vinegar and stir with a spoon until the sugar melts down. Add the mustard and stir again. Gradually add the oil and at the end add the yogurt.

When the sauce is thick and compact put it in the refrigerator. When you finish frying or grilling the fish and sauce is ready to be served add the pickles that you have cut is small cubes.

Finish it by adding a table spoon of chopped fresh dill. Sprinkle a clove of chopped garlic on top of the fish (optional). Pour some sauce on top. Or just use the fish sauce as a dip.
