INGREDIENTS:

juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tablespoon tahini

water

In a small bowl put tahini, add the lemon juice and mix well. Add water until you have a rather thin sauce.

Tip: If you choose to serve lemon and tahini sauce, please exclude lemon from the dish you are about to cook or bake.
